Because we cannot make all desired campus improvements in five years, the college must have a multi-year comprehensive maintenance plan and a campus master plan that align with strategic priorities, 提高可访问性, and enhance environmental sustainability.

Technology is embedded in all teaching and learning activities at Coe. We will add modern video conference capabilities for use in and out of class, increase the number of technology-equipped teaching spaces, and enhance connectivity.

Sinclair Auditorium and Dows Theatre suffer from significant deferred maintenance. We will improve both facilities to support the Performing Arts strategic initiative.
